- Rethink and reinvent company’s visual style by making it more serious and modern.
- Integrate a new “artists” track and create an intuitive user flow.
- Add to the site structure by suggesting new sections.
Using the Double Diamond Approach, I analysed the site’s metrics and realised its visual language and main scanarios weren’t resonating with the target audiences.
To solve this, I redesigned the site structure to be more responsive, created personas and user stories, and found that the «fans» section needed not just an artist catalog, but more details about the process.
