TicketToGo is an app designed for buying tickets for concerts and festivals all across Europe. The aim was to create a one-stop app to purchase tickets and get event information without needing any third-party services.
You can add concerts, festivals, or artists to your favourites to receive updates, view show schedules, locate events on an interactive map, buy tickets for yourself and friends, and save them to your personal account, alongside many other features.
Content was used for non-commercial purposes. All materials belong to their authors.
- To develop a platform enabling users to discover, purchase, and store concert tickets for events across the EU in a 6 months timeframe.
- Prioritise tasks since it’s an MVP with limited resources.
- Target an average task completion time of under 90 seconds for finding and «purchasing» a ticket
I used a research-driven Lean UX approach to create a user-centric app.
After analysing competitors and researching the target audience, I identified key user needs and pain points.
This informed user scenarios for ticket search, favourites, purchasing, and storage.
Usability testing of prototypes provided feedback for continuous improvements.
The result was an intuitive interface with a scalable architecture for future growth.
